Solution
We designed and delivered a unique learning programme where talents acquired the right mindset, tools and methodologies to be an intrapreneur. Following a first immersive experience where they participated in a societal Hackathon, we trained them to become facilitators themselves and supported them to organise their own innovation challenge.
Project Impact
A panel of “innovation champions” now exist, who create innovative solutions for their customers on top of their everyday roles.
