Project Impact
10 different solutions have been co-designed and will now be analysed for further development.
Challenge
How can we mobilise employees and engage them in an intrapreneurial journey with the aim of generating a positive impact on business and society?
Solution
We organised and facilitated a one-day training and design sprint with more than 60 employees, who were interested to accelerate an intrapreneurial project. We split the group into 10 small teams working on the different ideas that had been submitted by employees.
By using our innovation methodologies and the World Café model, participants were able accelerate different projects in a short amount of time.
