Eureka Programme (2022–2023)
Module II & III — Training

Programme
Since 2022, we have been the innovation partner of the Eureka Programme.
The programme aims to support and stimulate the internal innovation culture by working on the skills and mindset of its employees and to complement the work of the Innovation department via the generation of innovative solutions to complex operational problems.
Highlights
We support the definition and scoping of these challenges and organise a 12-day training programme spread over 12 weeks for around 40 recruits organised in teams from the ICT and Business departments.
Participants learn by doing. They are accompanied by facilitators during Bootcamp sessions around the 4D methodology and coaching sessions to ensure they have the right tools for their moments of autonomy, can validate their hypotheses and iterate when necessary.
In addition, each participant is invited to work on their collaborative and co-creation postures.
CSR Workshop (2018)
Module I & II — Training

Solution
We supported the facilitation of a one-day Hack programme where tech developers, business stakeholders and students imagined and built first-stage solutions. As consultants, we were asked to send one of our Super Heroes to ensure that design-thinking methodologies were correctly applied during their innovation journey.
Challenge
How can we connect different stakeholders in our ecosystem and enable them to collaborate and design new solutions in response to business and societal challenges?

Project Impact
Many great concepts were developed that Infrabel now own and can potentially implement.
