Challenge
How to stimulate ideas in our company and accelerate the development of these ideas through co-creation?
Solution
We designed and facilitated an ideation program based on the World Café methodology to engage innovation talents and accelerate projects. We brought four experts in innovation who were assigned to the different teams and facilitated the collective intelligence process, from idea generation to business modelling.
Project Impact
4 innovative projects have been initiated and some of them were awarded with continuous support, including prototyping and business modelling.
