Challenge

How can we support our intrapreneurs in the incubation phase of their startup and ensure an efficient implementation phase?

Solution

We supported an entrepreneur-in-residence to accelerate their project by applying tried and tested innovation methodologies. Following an innovation challenge, one idea was selected and an intrapreneur was given the role to make that project happen.
One of our innovation experts worked with them as a co-founder on the project, to better define the value proposition, test the market traction and elaborate the business model.

Project Impact

Buy-in from the executive committee was received to further deploy the solution and unleash the go-to-market. Ongoing project.
