Challenge
How can we mobilize our innovation talents around our key strategic priorities and make our first initiatives more concrete?
Solution
We facilitated a half-day design sprint where collaborators came with ideas of solutions to strategic priorities. We split the group into 3 teams of innovation champions and facilitated the collective intelligence process to generate ideas, prioritise them and apply our innovation guidelines.
