ETEX global marketing department organise each year an inspirational conference on several days to gather their marketing executives from all around the world.
This year, the topic of the conference was “Sustainability”. Participants attended detailed presentations on the topic and we organised a 2h30 engagement workshop around individual commitments and connections to the topics.

Etex identified 24 CSR ambassadors in all continents Etex is operating in. We, Impact Valley, designed a journey to make the CSR strategy of the group their own.
A journey that can be resumed in 3 steps:
1. Awareness/Popularisation of the CSR strategy 2. Share and Decide as a group what should become the priority and the first step to take; 3. Design individual actions and present them to the rest of the group and Etex top management.
