How can we recruit talents with an original and effective approach that enables us to test their innovation potential?
We co-facilitated a morning workshop at Paradise City around two key challenges (digital detox and data management), with the support of an Accenture consultant to observe participants. On top of the facilitator and “master of ceremonies”, we organized a team of 7 flying coaches who supported the Accenture consultants assigned to each of the 14 student teams. We enabled the idea-generation and selection process over two hours and then invited teams to pitch their ideas in front of a high-level jury.
A group of talents were screened through the workshop and many more students are applying to join the company… we also created plenty of good and business-relevant ideas!
