Challenge:
How can we train top talent to be prepared for and engaged in the digital and agile organization that bpost bank aims to be?
Solution:
We designed and delivered a unique learning program where talents acquired the right mindset, tools and methodologies to be an intrapreneur. Following a first immersive experience where they participated in a societal hackathon, we trained them to become facilitators themselves and supported them to organize their own innovation challenge.
Impact:
A panel of ”innovation champions” now exist, who create innovative solutions for their customers on top of their everyday roles.
