How can we engage our people in our CSR strategy and translate business strategic priorities into initiatives that also have a positive impact on society?
We facilitated a half-day workshop based on the World Café methodology to generate ideas around mobility, people and environment. We gathered 20 people, who were keen to get involved in sustainable initiatives, to brainstorm around Bridgestone’s 3 main strategic pillars. By using the World Café methodology, we enabled every team member to discover several initiatives and contribute to their development.
3 “canvases” were completed that captured a shared vision, concrete actions, different contributions from participants and volunteered roles in taking the initiatives further under the CSR strategy.
