What if remote working was an opportunity?
At Impact Valley, we have been working on how to help companies innovate, engage their co-workers and improve their CSR Strategy through facilitation for years.
We believe people hold the keys to save businesses and positively impact society. We want to help empower you to innovate sustainably.
These challenges can be addressed right now through remote facilitation.
The current sanitary situation is forcing companies to re-invent themselves and face several challenges throughout their journey:
- How to keep on innovating?
Innovation has never been as important as it is right now for all society. We need to rethink our business models, supply chain, ecological footprint… to become more resilient.
- How to keep collaborators engaged?
Working remotely has its share of benefits and risks: productivity, mental health, and engagement. In fact, you are probably wondering how to continue providing a welcoming and efficient working environment for your colleagues.
- How to become more responsible?
If this crisis has taught us something, it is that “business as usual” is not an option, we need proper CSR strategies.
What we can do for you
Have you ever experienced facilitation with experts? Facilitators are here to ensure the success of collective intelligence and provide innovation tools. They make communication smoother, manage results-driven meetings and workshops, challenge us with powerful tools, and develop close relationships with team members, creating a sense of belonging and success!
Well, the concept is the same remotely. We might need it even more now, since opportunities to bond next to the coffee machine are not possible anymore and brainstorming with everyone has become a challenge. We need to learn new ways to interact through technology, which is not simple.
First step for a good remote facilitation: Get and use the right tools.
As you need a nice environment for your face-to-face meetings, you also need the right environment for your remote facilitation. This means that you need:
- a video conferencing tool, to be able to see your colleagues and interact with them;
- a collaboration tool, to be creative, brainstorm effectively and keep record of your activities;
- a project management tool, to follow up on your projects’ progress.
Several options exist on the market, you have the choice.
